What is Chow Gar Praying Mantis Kung-Fu?

Chow Gar a revered close-in and medium range fighting system that has existed for more than 250 years. It consists mainly of hand techniques, but also low kicks, locking and seizing skills. It is fast, powerful and efficient, with no wasted movement.
